Rules and responsibilities for using PicGo

By accessing or using PicGo (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You are responsible for activities under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.
The Service may provide generative AI text/image features. You acknowledge that:
You are responsible for content you submit, upload, generate, store, or publish through the Service. You grant us the necessary rights to process and display such content to operate the Service (generation, storage, display, syncing history, etc.).
You agree not to use the Service to:
The Service may offer credits, subscriptions, or other paid features. You should review the Payment Agreement for details. When you start a generation job, we may immediately deduct the corresponding credits/usage. Used credits are generally non-refundable unless required by law or explicitly stated otherwise.
We may modify, suspend, or terminate features for security, compliance, or product reasons. If you violate these Terms or abuse the Service, we may take actions including removing content and limiting or terminating access.
The Service may rely on third-party services (model providers, payments, storage, email, etc.). Their availability and behavior are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party outages.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
If you access or use the Service from Mainland China, you are responsible for ensuring your use complies with local laws and you assume the related risks. We are not responsible for service limitations caused by local network conditions, regulatory requirements, or third-party restrictions.
